So handsome

Playin' in the yard

I swear the boys could spend weeks in the backyard and never get bored. I wish I had that kind of attention span and energy.

There is no stopping me now!

Brady is finally on the move! He pushes himself around the house (although he looks like a little old man with a walker), crawls up the stairs and cruises around the furniture. Maybe he will decide to walk one of these days....

Last offical day of toddler group

Today was the last official day of toddler group. I cannot believe how fast this year has gone by. I am sad the year is over, especially because Brady has really started enjoying and playing the last few months. Here are the boys on this first day of "Avery and Brady school" this year.... I cannot believe how little they are! The boys livin' it up on their last day!

Hair Cut

I took Avery to get his hair cut with my neighbor last week. Her oldest son was getting his hair buzzed and we thought it might ease the pain for the hair dresser, Avery, and every other person involved in Avery's hair cut. Our past experiences have not been positive... to say the least. After one minute at the hair cutting place Avery ran into a shelf and got a huge third eye on his forehead... things were not looking up for the actual cut. It ended up not being to painful. Only the first ten minutes involved loud screaming/crying and then it got better.

After the success with Avery, I decided to trim up Brady's hair. It was his first actual hair cut. Sadly, I was not the prepared mom that I should have been, so there are no actual pictures of the cut... just the after shots. He did way better than his big brother!

T-Minus 54 days

Ash, we cannot wait until you and Trav are married. Thanks for the fun weekend! The bachelorette party was a blast. We love you!

Look who's wearing big boy underwear!

Finally, Avery has decided it is time to use the big boy potty! I am so excited to only have one little man in diapers and not two. So far we have had three days of successful potty usage. There is no looking back....fingers crossed.
