Best idea ever
So, Beth and I had chatted about this great idea she had a few summers ago. The boys would always talk with each other through the fence, so Beth thought it would be fun to have a little door in our fence that the boys could use. We talked about it again last summer, but never did anything about it. The boys decided, one their own, that the fence should go and started taking down pieces of fence.... which lead to this amazing thing that Beth's dad made for us.
The boys love it because they can play with each other when it is not locked. Beth and I love it because it means the boys are entertained for hours and we can be productive!
Ladies in the house
The girls had a playdate today. It was so fun having Miss Cheyenne hanging out these past few days. Ellie and Cheyenne had a blast hanging out today. The boys think she is pretty cool too!
She's trying
These days Ellie thinks she is totally mobile... she has not figured out that mobile means being able to crawl forward. She does go from sitting to her tummy and scoots around backwards. This is huge for re recent Sattler's babies, since her older brother did nothing until he was 12 months old. Anyway, I walked around the corner the other day to this. She has scooted her little self up to the stairs and apparently wanted to see what was going on upstairs.

Go Ironbirds!
Avery started baseball this month. He loves it! Josh is the coach and I do have to say, it is pretty entertaining to watch the kids play.
