Gingerbread Houses

Auntie D came over on Saturday and watch the boys for us. Of course, she came baring gifts and activities. The boys were in HEAVEN! She also saved the day when our pipes in the garage decided to crack and start gushing water. We love you D!

Santa Train

We continued our Santa train tradition again this year. The boys loved it and so do the rest of us. Thanks Ammie and Pops!

Tis the season

Avery decided to get in on the wrapping.... when we was supposed to be asleep. He was super quiet and sneaky about it. I found this on my way up to bed. So thoughtful, at least he was giving all of these "presents" to Brady.

Moo

The boys and I headed up north for cousin Jackson's first birthday party. We had a blast and even got to check out where Auntie Tawni grew up. Her parents own a huge dairy farm in Ferndale. We took a ride on rtv (which both boys LOVED) and got to see the cows being milk on the "merry-go-round", baby cows, mommy cows, and Avery helped feed Whiskey the horse.

Riding on the RTV

Neither of the boys like being with the baby cows. Apparently, baby cows moo a lot louder in real life. I thought they were so cute.

I love this time of the year

We got our tree early this year and I was so excited to have it up and decorated... so were the boys! This year I actually got to examine the tree and make sure it had just enough character. Usually we play the "lottery", as Josh like to call it. Which means we pick one that is bundled up and pray to the tree gods that it does not have any gaping holes or strange animals living in it.

Puppet Show

Love this. They decided to entertain Josh and I with a little puppet show... The title of the performance was really original: Frog and Tiger.

Adventures in the Garage

Don't worry, Avery is perfectly fine in this pic. The boys were playing out in the garage a while back and every time I checked on them they would stage an accident. Brady was always saving Avery, who was in some weird position that look terrible.
